Welcome to the Local Finance Association.
I am Jeong Seon Yong, Chairman of the Local
Finance Association (LOFA).
Founded in 1964, LOFA is a public-interest corporation established
to support the sound financial management of local governments
and to promote the development of local finance. 

Over the past 60 years, LOFA has been a dependable partner to its
member local governments, guided by the the spirit of mutual aid.
Even amidst a rapidly evolving external environment, we have
continued to embrace change and drive innovation.

We are committed to enhancing the competitiveness of our core
mutual aid business, advancing local finance and accounting, and
fostering the development of the out-of-home advertising industry.
We also contribute to the fiscal soundness of local governments
through objective and thorough feasibility studies of local public
investment projects. Looking ahead, we aim to grow into a globally
recognized institution by actively expanding international exchanges
and cooperation. 

Further, through ESG management, we will faithfully fulfill our role
as a socially responsible public organization.
Together with local communities and the public, we will continue to
deliver greater satisfaction and shared value.
